Looking for successful ways to impact a community

I am the new evangelism chair in our church and am starting an outreach program from scratch. We have an excellent missions program in the community but it is very focused. We have two large senior communities in the area which is where most of our members come from. But, we also have developments with families that I need to reach.

This convention is very timely for me and I want to learn all I can about what others are doing successfully.
