Passion at home?

I'm finding that church leaders attend NOC because THEY have a passion for outreach, evangelism, and impact. Unfortunately, it can be extremely hard to motivate people back home with the same level of enthusiasm and passion. What is your experience?

Yep...I always try to bring a team to things like this...right on.
