Brad Smith serves as President of Bakke Graduate University and a consultant to several non-profit organizations. Before joining Bakke, he led Leadership Network, serving in various roles, including President/CEO. Smith is the founding pastor of 17-year-old Kessler Community Church, located in a racially diverse, urban neighborhood in Dallas, which continues to thrive today. And he is a founder of the Center for Christian Leadership at Dallas Theological Seminary where he developed spiritual formation and leadership programs. Smith's consulting experience also includes working with Fortune 100 companies and national Christian ministries in the areas of team building and leadership development.
