I am the director of outreach at a medium sized church in Elgin, IL. We have two campuses, a PreSchool and K-5 grade school, and a very busy calendar. My next phase at Good Shepherd is to train and equip leaders to realize that reaching out to the lost is a job for every Christian- not just a church staff member. I'm excited to attend the NOC and can't wait to learn much more there!
