Kim Levings

Kim’s secular career in Human Resources and Training in South Africa for more than fifteen years, laid the foundation for the launch of a private ministry consulting business in the US in the areas of curriculum design, leader development, and personal coaching. In 1997 Kim launched The Third Alternative – a life management program for Christian women. After 7 years of ministry/church consulting and personal coaching, leadership in local churches and curriculum development for large para-church organizations, Kim joined Outreach, Inc. (www.outreach.com) in 2001 to launch Outreach Training. Kim headed up the national training team for The Four Laws of Effective Outreach, and Becoming a Contagious Christian. Kim also developed training tools for Outreach – including the Outreach Idea Kit, and the Guide Series. She is currently the Vice President of Human Resources for Outreach, Inc. as well as the Executive Director of the National Outreach Convention
