As Senior Pastor of First Southwest Baptist Church, Rickie Bradshaw is internationally recognized as a missional leader. He has led his Houston, Texas, congregation to start 96 churches in 16 years in three different nations—10 of them birthed out of First Southwest Baptist. In 2004, 2005 and 2006, the church was named the Top Church Planting congregation in Texas and in 2007 it ranked was among the Top 25 Multiplying Churches in America. Bradshaw conducts training for church planters and transformational leaders in the Urban Missional Church Planting Center, and has led conferences throughout the world. Most recently, he has trained and started more than 100 new organic life transformation groups in Texas prisons. He is the author of "The Transformational Leader: The Art of Transforming Society Through Transformed People".
