Troy Gramling

Well known for his extreme creativity in designing unexpected worship experiences, Troy Gramling is the Lead Pastor at Flamingo Road Church in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Over the last nine years, Gramling has led the church through a leadership transition and into a new facility, as weekly attendance has exploded from 2,000 to 8,100. Flamingo Road has also expanded its reach, with one local campus growing into now six campuses abroad, and two more in the works for 2009. Today, Flamingo Road Church is running after an ambitious goal called "50, 100, 150:" 50 campuses; 100,000 attendees; and a $150 million budget. Troy and his wife, Stephanie, live in Pembroke Pines, Fla., and have three children, Tyler, Carson, and Baylee.
